Shustoke Sailing Club began, thanks to the permission of Severn Trent Water Authority, in 1977 with a membership of 12.

A new clubhouse was built in 1989 and we now have a membership of over 200.

We aim to provide competitive dinghy sailing, family sailing and instruction in a friendly and enjoyable atmosphere.

 The club is an RYA approved training centre for RYA levels 1 and 2 for dinghy sailing.

Sailing takes place every Saturday, Sunday and Thursday afternoon throughout the year and on Thursday evenings in the summer. Races are run for all levels of ability, from beginners to World Champions (we have one in the club!) on Saturdays, Sundays and Thursday evenings. 

As you would expect there is a strong social scene.
