Dinghy Sailing Courses
Here at Shustoke we offer a variety of training courses to suit all people from complete beginners to those who are competent but would like to improve their racing skills and knowledge.
If you missed this years open days we would still be happy to meet you and show you our club. Weather permitting we may also be able to arrange a short sail with an experienced sailor.
2022 Open Day and Training programme
Open Day 1 (view the club and take a 10 minute sailing taster) – Saturday 7th May
RYA Level 1 Start Sailing course (two days) - Saturday 14th May and Saturday 21st May Open Day 2 (view the club and take a 10 minute sailing taster) – Saturday 4th June RYA Level 1 Start Sailing course (two days) – Saturday 11th June and Saturday 18th June RYA Level 2 Basic Skills course (two days) – Saturday 13th August and Saturday 27th August

Taster Sessions – A 2 hour session with an instructor or experienced sailor at a cost of £20.00 per person will again be offered from spring 2022. These are Ideal for non-members and those who wish to learn more about sailing before joining the club and enrolling on a training course.
