JOG Racing 2024

We have secured the bareboat charter of Cougar, a Reflex 38, for the 23-25th August 2024 Cowes-St. Peter Port JOG offshore race. The summary programme is as follows:-

• Meet up at Cowes at Whitegate pontoon on Friday 23/08/24 morning - complete preparation and victualling.
• 1600-1630 Slip moorings and cruise to round to the JOG start area off Egypt Point.
• Cougar (IRC 1.046) is likely to be in Class 1, with an advertised start of 1730 hrs.
• 90 nm race via Casquets arriving at St Peter Port, Guernsey on Saturday mid-day.
• Saturday evening in St. Peter Port.
• Depart St. Peter Port early Sunday morning (approx. 0300) to get the tide through the Alderney Race / Ortac Channel, arriving back at Cowes by approximately 1700 hrs on Sunday.
• Depart for home..

The boat is fully booked with a crew of 10 including the Owner's representative.
